Conference Registration and Fees

The participation fee is 900 SEK for Eurographics members and 1200 SEK for non-members (both incl. VAT). The fee includes the printed conference proceedings, tutorial, lunch, coffee breaks, reception, and conference dinner. Undergraduate and postgraduate students at Swedish universities who are no authors can attend for free, but will not receive any food or documentation. However, they should also formally register for the conference and mark the appropriate radio button "0 SEK (student, non-author)".

Instructions about the payment via bank transfer will be send together with the confirmation email. Please take care that your email address is correctly entered in the registration form.

To save money by paying the reduced conference fee and to receive further benefits, we recommend to become a member of Eurographics, the European Association for Computer Graphics. More information about the membership and how to join can be found here.

All attendees should register as soon as possible, but not later than November 1, 2012. The price for late registrations after that date will be 1750 SEK (incl. VAT) for both Eurographics members and non-members.
